We had very little wait at the tourist office having booked early and were able to walk straight into the park. I advise the audio rather than the guide book - it wasn't well translated at times and missed some interesting points of interest. Makes a nice souvenir though.

Well organized archaeological site and thanks to the map given to us at the entrance, we were able to visit it independently. Recommended experience!

Excellent service! We visited the major attractions in Naples using the panoramic bus. A single ticket for two lines with a total of 20 stops. You can get off at any stop and then get back on the bus (approximately every 30 minutes). Tour with audio guide.

Unlike busier days, we could take our time in the villas, view the stunning mosaics, and truly grasp the scale of the preservation here, which often rivals that of Pompeii. It was a fascinating deep dive into Roman daily life frozen in time by the eruption of Vesuvius. 👍 Professional and Helpful Staff: The positive experience was enhanced by the site's team. The staff was professional and helpful, ready to offer assistance or answer questions, which made navigating the site smooth and pleasant. In summary, Herculaneum is a must-see, and under such pleasant conditions, it was a truly memorable experience. I highly recommend visiting this incredible archaeological park!!

Beautiful...! The guide not at all boring and companionable, tried to get adults and children to interact. He explained the most important and curious things about each room, we visited 80 of them.Since we took the tour in the afternoon, we didn't have time to visit both the garden and the rooms, he still let us face the garden and explained the most important things and gave a few minutes to take some shots..! Without the guide, I would not have discovered coi interesting things!!!

An absolute must-see in Naples. The archaeological museum is exceptionally rich: mosaics, statues, frescoes and objects from Pompeii and Herculaneum are simply impressive. Each room is fascinating and offers a better understanding of life in antiquity. The museum is vast, well-organized and well worth spending several hours in. A fascinating place for history buffs and curious visitors alike. I highly recommend it!

Easy to find on leaving the airport as it is well signposted. I bought my tickets in advance from France and it works great. I recommend it 100%. Top value for money. When I come back to Naples, I won't hesitate to use Alibus again.
