The purchase of tickets is very accessible, the attention of the staff is very diligent and they are very friendly, the entrance is immediate, without queues, and they are easy to find, the virtual guides are excellent!

It's well worth walking through the streets of Pompeii and learning about its history. The city is well preserved. It's huge. You get a general idea of how people lived back then.

My experience was beyond my highest expectations. This was a dream destination for me. The degree of preservation there is amazing! I had an injury and struggled to get around easily but it was worth the struggle. I hope I'll be able to return someday to see some of the sights I didn't get to. There's so much to see!!! I loved doing this at my own pace, and having time to linger in areas of particular interest. Thank you to all those hard workers for making my visit and this site so special!

I would highly recommend Herculaneum over crowded Pompeii. It is very reasonably priced, there are practically no waiting lines and it is much better preserved than Pompeii. It is a much better experience overall! You will not regret seeing this wonderful site.

I liked the variety of themed rooms on the history of different cultures. Many exceptional monuments. What I did not like was the little attention of a lady that there was no way to inform the printed guide or self-guide of the museum. She just told me to read a poster in Italian and English that I did not know because I did not know the language. Otherwise nice experience

We followed the coordinates provided in the app but couldn’t drive all the way up to the gates where the turnstiles are located. We were stopped earlier and told that cars are not allowed to reach the entrance. Instead, parking is available for €7, plus there is a shuttle bus for €3 (round trip). Unfortunately, this important detail was not mentioned in the instructions. Despite that, everything went smoothly. We arrived around 10:00, and by the time we returned at 12:00, there was already a massive wave of tourists at the entrance. Thankfully, we managed to visit before the big crowds, which made the experience much more enjoyable.

The guide was informative clear and concise and with a good sense of humour. The site at Pompeii was as good as we expected but it was great to have a guide who took us to the most important places and made the trip a special one.

We had a fab tour, upgraded to a physical tour guide which was well worth the money.. we saw the baths, the upper class houses, shops and takeaways and houses where several generations would have lived. It was thorough and there were plenty of photo opportunities, we weren't rushed at all. After the tour had finished (2 hours) we were able to stay in Pompeii and continue exploring. I wish we'd done the amphitheater with the guide as I would have liked to have known more about this, that possibly my only criticism. Lovely day, we had lunch in the cafe at Pompeii and this was reasonably priced although queues were long.
